This series will explore consent in its widest context—from physical touch and relationships to decision-making and situations where someone may not be able to give consent. We'll unpack the Mental Capacity Act, explain what informed consent really means, and guide young people on where to seek help if they’re not being given a voice.

With clear, practical guidance, Understanding Consent will empower young people to make informed choices, speak up when something doesn’t feel right, and understand their rights in a variety of situations.
